Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. We may ask for photos or further information before authorising a return.
How to start a return
Email support@anyora.uk with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions.
Return method
Returns are handled by post. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.
Return shipping fees
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@anyora.uk. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If approved, we will offer a suitable replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Order cancellation
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will try to cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the returns process after delivery.
Non-returnable situations
We may refuse returns for items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, not in original packaging or returned outside the 30-day return window, unless your statutory rights apply.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
